She was not only caring and knowledgeable, but empathized with my Mom and what she was going through. She had multiple activities planned for a day and could change directions quickly depending on my Mom’s mood. Danyel was always educating herself on my Mom’s condition to better help comfort my Mom and us and to provide the best care possible. She took care in her research and put that knowledge to use with each visit. She also understood our situation as caregivers and strategized with us on how to give the best care while also relieving our overall stress and strove to provide respite for us. She is wonderful.
