Once services have been requested, you will receive an assessment sent via email. The assessment reflects our approach and helps determine the specific caregiving needed. After you have completed and returned the assessment it will be reviewed and you will be contacted to schedule a free consultation. This consult may be conducted over the phone, in-person, or on-line. In addition to getting to know one another, the consultation will include a draft care plan, summary of expenses, and time for any questions you may have. We hope our time together during your consult will ensure you that we can provide the caregiving services needed.
Assessment and consultation are free whether you use our services or not. Even if you decide our services are not what you need – maybe we’ll all have made a new friend.
